2. Can I save my cart items to be purchased later?
3. Must I register as a member to make purchase?
Yes. Your registration allows us to track, confirm and process your purchases. You will also receive our announcement and promotions from time to time.
4. Can I amend / cancel my order(s)?
Yes. You may remove your item from your cart before "Check out".
5. Why was my order cancelled?
Your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not received any payment or proof of payment details from you within 48 hours (2 working days).
1. What kind of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept both Master / Visa Credit Card and Maybank2u Direct Debit. Please refer to our Payment Guide for further details. We DO NOT accept American Express or Debit Card.
2. Is proof of purchase required to confirm my order?
Yes, for payment made via Maybank2u or Direct Bank-in. No proof of payment is required from Online Payment. Proof of payment is "mandatory" for us to confirm your order. If proof of payment is received after 48 hours (2 working days), your order(s) will be processed depending on stock availability, otherwise a "full refund".
3. Can I amend / cancel my order(s) after I've made payment?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 48 hours prior to us shipping out your order. However, you may NOT CANCEL after we shipped out your order.
4. Is it safe to use my credit card online at your e-store?
Our e-store engine is created, maintained and managed by Easystore.co. They are an e-commerce provider subsidiary of Exabytes Networks Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia's leading hosting company. So, yes ... it's safe.
Delivery & Returns
1. What is our delivery time?
We will process "delivery" within 48 hours (2 working days) of payment confirmation. Depending on the logistic company, your item should reach you within 7-14 working days (subjected to courier).
2. Can I return my purchases?
You can return your purchases within 7 calendar days of order received subject to our Return, Replace & Refund policy.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you may track your order via our "Quick link - Shipment Tracking". Just enter your "AWB" - Air Way Bill.
4. Unclaimed or undelivered parcel?
In the event that our parcel is undelivered and / or unclaimed by the customer and returned to hash.com.my, the customer shall bear the cost of parcel re-delivery. Normally, courier companies will attempt to deliver your parcel at least TWO (2) times, so do call them to verify if your parcel is still with them before they return it to us.
